Project Team organization Chart

The project team organizing is project mission oriented. So, different projects have different human resources deployment requirements, which has the effect of altering the organization chart. Nevertheless, there are similarities in the way supervision team is deployed and organized. Over the years this company has developed its own way of organizing its specialists for various projects.
