Cui Hongcai attended opening ceremony of the Mingcun-Dongjiakou Highway

The completion and smooth opening of the Mingcun-Dongjiakou Highway marks a significant milestone in transportation infrastructure in the Shandong Peninsula. The highway, which connects the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, was invested in and constructed by the Shandong Hi-Speed Group. The opening ceremony took place at the Baichihe Toll Station in Zhucheng City.

Cui Hongcai, Chairman of Shandong Great Transportation Technology Co., Ltd., which served as the 1st engineers resident office for the supervision of the contracted section of the highway construction work, was invited to attend the ceremony. The mobilization of staff to the construction site began in April 2021.

The contracted section of the highway spans a length of 26.10 kilometers, with a design speed of 120km/h. The integrated roadbed width is 34.5m, while the separated roadbed width is (2*17) m, accommodating two-way six lanes. The project contract cost amounted to approximately 1.77 billion.

During the opening ceremony, Chairman Cui Hongcai stood proudly behind the sign of the engineers resident office, symbolizing the successful completion and dedication of the project.
