Dongliang Project Office held meetings for yard construction scheme and proposed cement manufacturer review.

On November 8,2023, Dong Liang highway project Shen Hai-xintai section construction commences. In order to form a scientific and reasonable development station construction scheme, and to strengthen the quality control of raw materials, project organized a yard construction plan review meeting and cement factory selection expert consulting meeting. The meetings invited four experts from the proposed cement manufacturers, who are Sun Jiyong, Zhang Huiqin, Yu Hao and Zhang Jinrong. The experts at the meeting listened to the report of the construction plan of each construction unit, and provided their evaluation opinions after due discussions. The meetings also provided lectures on the problems of quality and safety in the project construction and management, and made investigations and discussions on the proposed cement.
