He gave valuable opinions and suggestions on the innovation of bridge and tunnel design schemes. He urged that the Huizeng project plan, innovate and lead in advance in the construction of "smart highways" and "standardization".

He specifically inspected the construction and video surveillance system of Huizeng Civil Engineering 4th contract section 3 Centralized Site under the supervision of GRT at Huizeng JL2 Director Office，Later, he went to the Dongjiang Bridge of the Huizeng Pilot Project for guidance.
